Stripe Tax on Checkout → webhook mirrors tax into D1 · v1.0.0
Checkout collects a billing address. Stripe Tax applies rates for jurisdictions where you have active tax registrations in the Dashboard. Without a registration for the customer's location, tax is often 0 — that is expected. Use Stripe's test addresses after enabling Tax + a registration (e.g. a US state or EU country).
